Turnaround Time (TAT)

• Ready to Ship (RTS) - 3 to 4 business days
• Made to Order (MTO) - 4 to 6 weeks

*Please note that large orders may extent TAT. Customer will be notified if this is the case

** Our TAT does not include the time it takes your order to ship to you. Our TAT is the time it takes to create and process your order only. Once shipped, an order is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance in that matter.

No returns or cancellations. All sales are final. If you have questions, please let us know before you order.

Care Instructions 

Tumblers/Keychains/Pens/anything with Epoxy- Hand wash, no abrasives. No dishwasher. Keep out of extreme heat and extreme cold. Do not leave in your car, out in the sun, put hot liquids in a cup made for cold, etc. Please be careful not to drop your cup. They can crack, break, chip, etc. Colors can fade or change over time. That is out of our control.

Clothing- Wash inside out. no softener. Hang dry. no ironing.
